Why is this website ugly?

I have been building software for a decade and all tech websites tend to look the same. Sleek animations, tons of flashy words, takes forever to load, I didn't want that, so I built this.

I think Craigslist is probably the best website on the internet, and it has been for years. They keep their tech stack simple and have it load quickly.

This app will never be filled with pop up ads, complicated animations, or any other stuff that's annoying on the internet.

I am building this for me and for you.
